I applied through Facebook Careers.
Approximately three weeks after applying via the site, a recruiter emailed me. The process then took about 1.5 weeks. I interviewed at Facebook in May 2014.
Interview Details
A Facebook recruiter emailed me and asked me to fill out a questionnaire covering my favorite languages, current living country, progress with other companies I was interviewing with, time constraints, and a few basic Android questions. After that, she called me.
Following the phone review, she arranged an interview with a Facebook engineer. I had a Skype interview. The interviewer was a polite and warm person. He initially called me by phone and then suggested continuing via Skype (he was six minutes late). He told me about his work at Facebook and gave hints about the questions.
