Software Engineer Interview Experience - Brazil

Process

The process started with me sending my resume to them. Someone then sent me an email inviting me to an online interview. We met, and the discussion was about my past experience and a check of what I had written on my resume.

After this, I had a second interview with another person. The main goal was to inform me about my possibilities and potential work placements.

After that, I had the technical interview. They really emphasize that you must be prepared. I did not believe it would be difficult, but actually, I answered the questions correctly. I believe that what is tricky is the way you answer, or how quickly you understand the problem and how good your code is. Answering correctly is not enough.

After this, I waited for a week for an answer. Unfortunately, I did not receive a job offer, nor did my process continue.

Questions

The hardest part, for sure, is the technical interview. It's not because the questions are difficult to answer, but because you become so nervous and uncertain about what is expected from you. For me, it was the hardest.
