Pros: Great pay, amazing perks and benefits, super flexible scheduling. You're very well taken care of at the office; food, drinks, and snacks are free everywhere. You pretty much tell them whatever equipment you want to work with, and they get it set up for you.
Cons: It can be a little bit of a steep learning curve getting started.
