The recruiter scheduled the technical interview about two weeks prior. The interview was conducted through Zoom, and I was asked two programming questions.
I knew I had not performed very well, but the interviewer was polite and friendly. Towards the end, we chatted about their role at the company.

Pros: To compensate well, have hugely impactful projects to work on, have very good managers, and provide ample resources to help you stay mentally and emotionally happy.
