The position was remote and managed through a third party, but all interviews were conducted by Meta staff.

There was one personality interview and two technical interviews where I live-solved LeetCode problems with Meta staff.

The final interview was with the hiring manager, which was supposed to focus on personality and work history. However, they threw a curveball and asked a difficult technical question, which was annoying and threw me off. I ended up solving 80% of it, and unfortunately, I did not receive an offer.

I liked all the other interviews, though. Like most large tech interviews, it depends on the interviewer you get.
