Pros: There is a lot of flexibility, freedom, focus on impact, and access to the greatest minds in the field. There are lots of perks and benefits. It's almost hard to take advantage of all of them since there are so many. Life is just great when working here.
Cons: Too much free food? Not really. I don't know. Maybe just that it's not a startup anymore, so you won't have the chance to become a multimillionaire quickly.

Pros: The company has many socially positive projects going on constantly that go underreported in the media. Everyone knows that the culture, compensation, and intellectual stimulation are all top-end, but the main knock is that the company is “bad”. I think there are a lot of valid critiques out there, but hardly any media article takes a favorable perspective on Facebook into account.
Cons: Sometimes the work across the company feels so wide and ranging that it can feel like you aren’t making much of a difference.
