The first round was a normal conversation so they could get to know me. The second round was a technical interview.

The interview takes place during working hours in the PST timezone. It is a Skype call where the interviewer shares a CoderPad.io and asks several technical questions.

Too much thrash in terms of design/product decisions. Mature products mean less greenfield opportunity. Impact-driven culture which is equally thrashy, and engineers bear the brunt of most of it. Lot of scope fighting within the teams. Are there too many engineers for the amount of work there is?
