I was contacted by an HR professional who briefed me on available positions. The interview took place one week later. It was not very tough; the questions were modified a bit, but were workable. Overall, it was a moderate process.

Pros: Still a bit startup-y, plenty of opportunity for impact and growth, great culture, great perks.
Cons: Toughest feedbacks you'll ever get. The speed and level of productivity at which they work and expect you to work is scary.
