The online application was very simple, and no motivation letter was needed.
A recruiter answered just four days later with more questions regarding my work experience.
An invitation for a 45-minute phone interview came the next day.
The interviewer asked me about the most exciting project I have done so far and why I wanted to work in frontend. The technical question wasn't really hard, but I made too many dumb errors.
