Pros: The Ads team in general is technologically solid and fast-moving.
My mentor and the team are willing to help.
The cross-functional collaboration, which allowed me to know and work with people from different groups.
Decent salary and benefits.
Cons: - The turmoil that was going on in the summer (which deteriorated to recent mass layoffs).
