Process

I spoke with a recruiter at the school career fair.

I received a 15-minute phone screening after one week. During the screening, the recruiter asked me some background questions related to my resume, provided information about the position and the interview process, and then asked a few technical questions. The questions were quite basic and easy.

She then scheduled an on-campus interview for the following week. This was a 1-on-1, purely technical interview that lasted 30 minutes. I was asked a coding question involving sorting and data structures. Nothing was unexpected.
