Pros: They are actively making sure you learn, and they place you in projects that will impact the product in reality. These are projects that real IC3s would work on if you weren’t there.
Cons: It’s a bit overwhelming because of how fast-paced it is, and I suffered a re-org halfway because FB Live Shopping was being deprecated. Aside from that, it was a great experience.

Cons: While the people are great, you still need to be self-sufficient and motivated. Not really a con.
