They usually have one interview, and if you clear that, you have another interview. Mine were on consecutive days. Each interview was 30 minutes long. They do not spend too much time chit-chatting and usually get right to business. They focus on how you approach the question more than whether you actually got the question right or not.

Pros: - Product makes an impact on 1+ billion users.
- Employees are treated wonderfully and given lots of trust.
- Enthusiastic culture + everyone is friendly.
- Interns are treated like full-timers and given products with huge impact.
- Perks, benefits, etc., etc.
Cons: I wouldn't consider this to be a downside, but some may do so. Facebook gives a lot of independence to its employees, which means as an employee, you must be proactive in taking up responsibilities and owning them.
If you are the type that likes to be told exactly what to do and how, the culture might be difficult to adjust to.
