Pros: 1. The most engineering-first culture I have ever seen.
2. Huge emphasis on owning your impact.
3. You will meet a lot of talented people and will have an opportunity to learn from them as well.
Cons: 1. The leadership sucks. Decisions are arbitrary and without reason.
2. At this moment, I am not sure if Meta has the right direction in mind.
