Pros: 1. It provides many activities. Weekends activities include beach park, baseball games, zoos, etc. Informative sessions include summer fest and research informative sessions for Ph.D. 2. Open work environment. The work atmosphere is very good. You get to work with many talented people and learn from their profession and efficiency. They have many support groups, and each one of them can help you with some area with which you have difficulty. 3. Perks are very good. You get three free meals a day, and you get many free stuff.

Cons: I cannot think of many disadvantages. For people who don't like working at a high pace, it might not be good to work at Facebook.

Pros: - Amazing coworkers: all designers, managers, data scientists, etc. were highly talented, bright people and would do their best to help you in any way they could. - Food was incredible, restaurant quality (I was in the NY office). - Interesting work; I never felt bored and learned a lot.

Cons: Intern managers were inexperienced and did not care about the success of interns. Mine did not really talk to me, invite me to meetings, or give me advice. Instead, they criticized my code and expected me to naturally learn everything by myself without any guidance whatsoever. I was told I asked too many questions. I felt like I was set up for failure and did not get a return offer. That being said, my PM was great.

Pros: I was interning at the HQ. It's a very cool place with many perks, including a music room, arcade room, gym, outdoor courts, many restaurants, and virtually any game you can think of spread across the campus. The salary is good and the housing is great. A great place to work with its policy to be open about everything going on in the company to all employees, even interns. Also, the intern program is really good - they have awesome people over there organizing things for interns and helping us with intern stuff in general.

Cons: I would say that the work/life balance could be better.
