Process
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months.
The first step was in-person university recruiting, with two coding problems at the blackboard and 5 minutes for questions to the interviewer. The second step was remote. A quarter of the time was behavioral, and the remaining three-quarters of an hour were for two coding problems. I felt a strong connection to the interviewers.

The motivations that brought me there. Questions about SWE-ish experiences that I had through my university career, both general, which are topics like particular challenges and collaboration, and more specific, which are experience with particular libraries.
