The questions were classic LeetCode-style questions, with some extra problems that are unique to Meta and not found on LeetCode. How good the experience is depends on the interviewer. Overall, it was friendly and seemed like a great place to be a SWE.

Autonomy Amidst Bureaucracy

Great bootcamp training.
Everyone is incredibly intelligent and executes well.
Cons: It's starting to get fairly bureaucratic, even in 2015. I can't imagine now, but I've heard it has only gotten worse.
