Pros: Everything is fine at Meta.

Cons: I love working at Meta; I do not provide any cons.

Pros: Recognition of Skill: The headline acknowledges the developer's expertise, indicating that they possess a high level of skill in their craft. This recognition can be encouraging and motivating for the developer. Emphasis on Craftsmanship: By highlighting "code craftsmanship," the headline suggests that the developer not only produces functional code but also focuses on quality, readability, and maintainability. This emphasis on craftsmanship reflects positively on the developer's commitment to producing high-quality work.

Cons: Subjectivity: The term "masterful" is subjective and open to interpretation. What one person considers masterful, another might not. This subjectivity could lead to skepticism or doubt about the validity of the review. Pressure to Maintain Standards: Such high praise may create pressure on the developer to consistently deliver exceptional work. This pressure could potentially lead to stress or burnout if not managed effectively.

Pros: Diversity, flexibility, and a non-stressful working environment.

Cons: Sometimes long working hours.
