The first interview was coding.
Then came a few days of interviews: two coding, one design, and one behavioral.
After that, I was asked to do another system interview.
Finally, I talked with a manager.
My advice is to fully understand what they are looking for in interviews and make sure you go through all requirements.

Pros: Great pay and perks. Free food if you work at the office.
Cons: Insanely stressful environment; everything revolves around biannual performance reviews.
WLB is abysmal; I constantly see my colleagues working after 11 PM or on weekends.
Very high expectations: on top of engineering, engineers are expected to do a lot of management and people work.
My team doesn't even have a dedicated project manager.
