Phone screen.
I have a feeling that the hiring process at Facebook is very biased against female candidates. I quickly solved both exercises in the most efficient manner, but I received feedback that my coding was "bad" and my solutions were not "brilliant" (it's a quote!).
I've received 7 job offers in the last month, 4 of them from top companies. How could my coding be so bad as to not pass a phone screen?
