Process
After a successful Skype interview, I came onsite.
There were four stages:
- A warmup session
- Two explicit coding sessions
- One design session
I was overstressed and performed terribly during the warmup session. The next two sessions were normal, and the last one was okay.
The interviewers were friendly enough and tried their best to help me overcome my stress.
Questions
Design question: Design the database structure for a URL shortener. Improve it. Scale it. Think about all possible functions this project might need.
