Process
I was referred by a current intern and set up for an online coding interview.
I was interviewed by one of the software engineers from the London Facebook office (the one I applied to).
The interview started with very brief introductions, after which we covered two algorithms questions (20 minutes each), followed by 5 minutes of questions from me.
Questions
Given a string S and a substring B, find the starting index of the first anagram of B in S.
Given a simple string with addition and multiplication operations (e.g., "8+3125+32"), evaluate the expression.
