Software Engineer Interview Experience - London, United Kingdom

Process
It was quite challenging. There were many interviews for one role, which was way too many compared to any other company. There were tests on things you would never usually be expected to know too. A lot of it was technical. I didn't even reach the non-technical stage.

Pros: Insanely good campus. More perks than you could ever need. Semi-freedom to select the org/team you want to work on is a huge plus. This means you can optimize for what you want to work on and therefore be more passionate about it.
Cons: Promotion politics can become overburdening at times. A lot of management's incentivization model focuses on how you can get to the next level, rather than how you can maximize the end-user experience.

Pros: Very fast-paced and impact-driven, so if you can land impact, not much else matters.
Cons: Impact is not very technically driven; a lot of it is driven based on the project and data.
