I had an initial phone screen that included some easy tree and array questions.
The on-site interview consisted of four different sessions. One was behavioral, while the other three focused on algorithms.
It was quite tough.

Transparent But Buggy Infrastructure

Pros: "Openness", which means you can see and submit diffs on almost everyone's code, and you can see the direction and accomplishments of other teams.
Cons: "Move fast and break things" applies to internal tools and infrastructure. Things broke often enough that I remember it as an annoyance.

Pros: Amazing perks: free food, snacks, transportation, and housing (own bedroom and bathroom!). Completely paid for intern events on the weekends were also included.
Cons: It is difficult to switch teams and try other options as an intern. I chose backend on the initial interest survey and couldn't switch to full stack after I began, which ultimately led to a lot of difficulty.
My team, excluding my manager, also all worked remotely, which made getting help very hard.
