Process

I solved a challenge at interviewstreet.com.

Two weeks later, they emailed me asking me to send my CV along with some answers, for example:

  • Preferred programming languages
  • Current job
  • Time constraints
  • Availability for interview

Another email explained how to prepare for the interview (visiting glassdoor.com).

After I replied, one week later we coordinated the Skype interview.

The interview was kind, and the interviewer explained any doubts I had.

They called me, explaining the good and bad things I did on my first phone screener, and then we planned a second interview. I was able to solve the second problem but probably took more time than expected and had some bugs that the interviewer helped me find.

The day after the second interview, Facebook informed me, "Thanks, but your background doesn't fit any current positions."
