Pros: Facebook has some of the greatest perks and greatest challenges to deal with. Facebook and its other social media apps are really THE social platform for world communication. With over 2.2 billion users served on a monthly basis, the work you do here really scales. You can have so much impact on so many lives.
Cons: It's a lot of work to keep up. Things move SO fast at Facebook that you constantly feel a sense of FOMO (fear of missing out).
Things change quickly, and you have to always be on your toes.

Pros: Benefits are amazing, obviously. But you have to make it to the campus when there isn't COVID.
Cons: Tech stack and tools you use will never translate to any company outside of FB. Don't get too comfy.
