Smart set of co-workers.
Nice perks: laundry, food, loaded micro-kitchens, pay, etc., etc.
Cons: Can be a little haphazard.
Managers are promoted in-house, and sometimes they can be inexperienced or not very good.
Timelines can be aggressive.
