Process
The recruiter reached out. I had one phone screen and then an onsite interview.
The onsite consisted of:
- Two coding interviews
- One coding and behavioral interview
- A lunch interview
All interviewers were very nice!
Questions
For each of my interviews, I just went through a single question and still got an offer.
They really care about your thought process, so make sure you're good in that aspect.
Questions weren't too hard. I would say LeetCode medium or maybe hard (on the easier side).

Pros: The pay is top of market and few can match it.
Perks are unbelievable: dozens of different cuisines for lunch, 21 days of PTO, and fantastic medical coverage.
Really smart coworkers, some of the best in the world.
Cons: High-profile projects can be extremely political and can really be dragged down by too many cooks in the kitchen.
In a post-Cambridge Analytica world, there are huge slowdowns in releasing new features/products. People aren't driven by making the experience better for users as much as they are by not screwing up again.
People at the company aren't focused on users as much as they are on moving metrics.

Pros: The company provides everything to its employees. You don't need to explain things a second time; you are surrounded by smart people. The best engineers are here, so you can learn a lot.
Cons: Internal tools are crashing constantly. The company is very mature but trying to act like a startup, and that causes weird situations.
