The phone coding interview was super fast and nice. It was a positive experience.
However, the onsite interview was different. I felt that some of the four interviewers seemed entitled, which is something I've never experienced in any other coding interview.
One of my interviewers was coding (or doing something else) on his laptop during the interview, not paying attention and basically ignoring me as I wrote the code. That felt disrespectful. I am super curious about what feedback I received from that particular interviewer.
Will I waste my day on their interview again? Probably not.
Can you remember the situation when you were given the most constructive feedback?
