Process
I completed an on-site initial screen, during which I answered almost three technical questions and had very good interactions with the interviewer. I left feeling pretty positive.
There was no follow-up for another week and a half. After touching base with the recruiter, they took a couple more days, and a rejection email followed.
I wish I had received some sort of feedback, as I felt I answered everything optimally and also had good rapport with the interviewer during our conversation afterward.
