It was a hard interview with multiple rounds. I went through the HR check with no problem. I got asked fairly standard questions about my background, motivation, and seeing if I would be a good fit. The first round was a coding interview, which consisted of two LeetCode medium-level questions with wrinkles.

- You get good at alignment and communication because you work with so many people.
- Very fast career growth is possible, like E3 to E5 in 2 years.
- Learn to work in high pressure.
Cons: - You spend more time thinking about how to prove and document your impact than actually doing things.
- PSC is gamified; you do fake things that sound good on PSC but are actually very useless.
- Scope fighting depending on team.
- Very stressful at times.
- Experience is very team/manager dependent.
- Work is often not very technically challenging nor transferable.
