Process
Recruiter reached out. Perfect OA. Rejected two days afterwards. Disappointing, but that's how tech recruiting works unfortunately. Fast and clean process, though, and the OA wasn't terribly difficult (easy or medium LeetCode questions).

Freedom With Growth Challenges
Software Engineer • Current Employee
New York, New York, United States
December 5, 2021
Pros: Good choice of projects. Good salary. Good amount of independence. Lots of opportunities for growing soft skills and learning to see how the bigger picture works.
Way more freedom and transparency than in many other companies. Own your life type of approach to work-life balance.
Cons: I regularly see people (both engineers and managers) leaving the company because they find it easier to get a promotion elsewhere and then return at the new level than to get promoted from within.
Reorgs are frequent and devastating.
