Pros: Good, nothing to complain about.

Cons: None, really. But I can do better.

Pros: Great engineers, huge scale, exciting problem space.

Cons: Work life balance can be hard, performance reviews can be stressful

Pros: I have not learned or grown more on any other job than I have at Facebook. If you do your best work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, Facebook is the place for you. * Reward is proportionate to impact. You will move up fast if you can meet the high bar for performance. * Performance processes are designed to be objective, so there is very little room for bias or discrimination. * Highly collaborative culture * Excellent internal tools * Excellent benefits * Lots of flexibility for defining your own growth path.

Cons: A small group of vocal employees are creating a lot of internal pressure for more and more speech censorship on the platform. Not all managers or teams are great. You need to choose your team carefully when you join. You'll have to swear an oath of allegiance to hard-left progressive faith, or your life will be very difficult. Poor work-life balance. Frequent reorgs. Frequent shift in direction.
