Process

Horrible experience. Don't interview there.

The last round was chaotic.

Diversity and Inclusion? Just for show. Their website is full of it. I asked the interviewer about it, and he had no idea what I was talking about. They're doing it for show, with no real push for it.

The last round interviewer was late. When he arrived, I could see he wasn't really interested in the interview. He asked purely robotic questions in a tone like, "I just want to get this done."

Their website talks a lot about diversity. When I asked about it, the interviewer had no idea what I was talking about.

Here's a summary of the process:

  • Hiring manager invited me to interview.
  • Phone call with a recruiter.
  • Standard technical phone call.
  • Standard, full-day interview with six rounds.
  • The last interviewer showed up last minute. The shadower was calling him.
  • They asked for a survey. I sent them a very poor review given how poor the last round was.
  • Then, I received an email saying they were not proceeding.
