Thorough preparation from recruiters and sourcers, both by phone and Zoom.
The interview tracking site was good.
Interviews were interesting and friendly. Some were quite challenging.
They offered a bathroom/water break at the start of each one. An extra 15 minutes were added to some sessions in case they went over, but they weren't used in my case.
Questions
The first question in the first interview was, "Tell me about a time when you didn't get along with someone at work, and what you did about it."
