Pros: I mainly love all the support there is to change teams inside the company and pretty much tailor your job towards the type of work and people you want.
It's overall fast-paced, but it doesn't eat your personal time once you settle into the rhythm.

Cons: Being good at your job is not enough. In fact, writing bad code quickly that works is more highly valued than good code. You have to chase impact and promote yourself.
