I applied through the website without any referrals. The interviewer contacted me via email and asked me to fill out a form with basic information about myself.
In a short period of time, a call was scheduled, and I was supposed to talk a bit about myself, my background, and what I was interested in.
The next day, I got rejected due to a lack of a suitable role, although I had applied for one that was a good fit for my interests.
