I had two phone coding interviews over Skype. Then they invited me to an offline interview: four interviews, one after another, in a single day. The questions were pretty hard to answer because you had to keep two major things in mind: think very fast and be very accurate in what you were writing in the code. That was hard for me, but I'm very happy to have had such an experience. Facebook seemed to me like a superior place if you want to spend your whole life coding and if you really like it.
