Process
It's a long process, but it is very clear.
It starts with one Skype interview about general things, followed by a second Skype interview about coding.
If everything goes well, the next stage is an on-site set of interviews (four in total) covering different aspects: cultural, coding, and design.
The last set is quite extenuating; in all exercises, there's always something more to add to the solution.
I ultimately didn't get the job because of the result of one of these interviews.
