Process
The interview process progressed from a phone screen to onsite, with four technical interviews in total. As I was reinterviewing for a Solutions Engineer Intern position, I believe my interview process was shorter by one interview.
I waited three weeks to receive the offer via email.

Soft skills growth

Pros: Thanks to a high level of ownership, thin staffing, and a bottom-up structure, you learn a lot of soft skills even as a junior engineer. These include:
* Project planning
* Cross-functional interoperation
* Delegating
* Value estimation
* Minor-scale architecting
* Evangelism
* And more.
Cons: Stress. If you want to work a 40-hour week, you will probably have to develop the ability to leverage every resource optimally to make the most impact in the fewest hours, and to successfully reject additional work and preempt inevitable scrambles.
