The first interview was quite simple. I had to do some coding over the phone using a web notepad app while the interviewer watched.
The first task was a simple programming question: write a method. The second was a slightly harder, problem-solving question: write a method which involved comparing two strings and counting how many letters from one string fit into another.

Pros: Very open culture,
great challenges,
wide variety of tasks,
freedom of team choice,
awesome perks, and free food.
Cons: Not really a con, but a tradeoff for moving fast: lack of documentation.

Pros: Managers generally have your back. The streamlined review process is less intrusive than it used to be. Even when operating in frugal mode, they still spend a lot more on employee happiness than companies like Microsoft.
Cons: Lots of the AR/VR bets are years from landing, and consequently there's a lack of discipline to trim the fat from projects. Internal communications tend to have a very high noise:signal ratio. Often, it feels like playing a game of telephone between various teams and messaging.
