Learning Culture, Risky Program

Pros: * Hack culture and move fast.
* Tons of things to learn in your free time.
* Talented coworkers.
Cons: Do not go to the Rotational Engineer Program. A couple of the poor guys on my team didn't receive offers at the end, even though they were doing much better than me. It's a scam. I feel sorry for them to join this program.
