I had a phone interview with Facebook last April. It was a phone interview where we talked on the phone and typed code into a Google Doc. Firstly, they asked me to do a self-introduction. I talked about my experience and projects, and then they asked me some questions related to my resume. This lasted about 10 minutes.

After that, I did two algorithm questions. I think they paid more attention to the coding test. The whole interview lasted about 40 minutes.
