Supportive environment where everyone treats everyone as A-caliber talent.
Cons: The focus for projects is coming a little more from lots of meetings and bigger picture design than from engineering experience and insights. The engineers still guide and are the leaders for how things are built and what is possible, but the pivots and vision are increasingly coming more from above.
