I am excited about the interview process. The interviewer was very friendly and helped me to understand the hiring process a lot.

First, the general HR manager contacted me to tell me about the company and the role of a Software Engineer. They then asked me to tell them about myself to see my "soft skills" – my ability to communicate and how I act in different work situations.

After that, we agreed on a technical interview. The technical interviewer checked my programming skills.

General programmer skills, algorithms, data structures, and system design.
