Cons: The team was poorly placed to be at the focus of attention, decision-making, influence, ownership, and so on, compared to other teams with which we worked.
My 10-person team was not cohesive and was divided into very small clusters of 1-3 people working on a project, feature, or library, with the clusters not fully understanding what the other clusters were doing.
