Pros: - Incredible compensation.
- Some incredibly smart and hardworking coworkers you learn a lot from.
- Learn how to frame your business impact.
- You get good at alignment and communication because you work with so many people.
- Very fast career growth is possible, like E3 to E5 in 2 years.
- Learn to work in high pressure.
Cons: - You spend more time thinking about how to prove and document your impact than actually doing things.
- PSC is gamified; you do fake things that sound good on PSC but are actually very useless.
- Scope fighting depending on team.
- Very stressful at times.
- Experience is very team/manager dependent.
- Work is often not very technically challenging nor transferable.

Pros: Competitive compensation and benefits, great colleagues!
Cons: The big company has often made it very hard to make one simple change.
Reorgs happen frequently, making it hard to have long-term projects or growth. This also requires people to constantly react to changes.
A lot of my energy is used to react to changes rather than building something meaningful.
