Cons: The company is trying to retain the same culture as we grow, and it is becoming harder every year with so much growth. Hopefully, it stays the same, and we will be able to grow.

Pros: They gave a lot of flexibility to the intern. We discussed projects with the manager and built some new features that had an impact.
Cons: Not enough training. But it is a 12-week internship, there was really no time for training.
