I have interviewed with Facebook three times.
Every time, they ask the same stupid question: Given an array of integers, find three integers that sum to zero.
As many as three people from HR get involved to schedule a simple phone screen. And even after solving the problem in O(n^2) time, I did not get an on-site with them.
