I had a phone screening, and then a virtual code interview a bit later.
The code interview was better set up than at many other companies I've seen. You don't have access to a compiler, but the interviewer encouraged you to talk through your process. They also seemed aware that forgetting minor syntax details isn't representative of a programmer's real-world ability, as they could quickly Google such issues.
